Queen’s Order is brewed with well water, TexMalt Llano Pilsner, malted spelt, flaked oats, organic Perle hops, tallow honey and dried lemon peel. It was fermented in stainless steel with our house mixed culture. 100% naturally conditioned in bottles and kegs.

La Vie en Rose
Farmhouse Ale

La Vie en Rose is a farmhouse ale re-fermented on the raspberries from Jester King Atrial Rubicite. The ratio of fruit to beer is very high for Atrial Rubicite (6 pounds per gallon), so La Vie en Rose has a lot of fruit character even though it’s from the second re-fermentation of the raspberries. It’s unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally conditioned. The effervescence from bottle conditioning of the 2022 batch is lower at 1.6 volumes of CO2, but we don’t feel this impacts the enjoyment of what’s a very fruit-forward, wine-like beer. Enjoy!
