To make sure your experience at HCCBF is the very best it can be, check out these tips and festival rules!
VIP: Gates open at noon
General Admission: Gates open at 1:00pm
Beer Tastes and Full Beers:
Your admission includes six (6) three-ounce tastes from 30+ breweries and 150+ beers. You can purchase additional tastes for $2.00 each, and you can purchase full beers (12oz-16oz, depending upon the beer) for $8.00 each.
How to Buy Things:
All New – THIS IS A CASHLESS EVENT! We decided to get on board with 21st century technology and this year all HCCBF guests will receive an RFID wristband upon entry. All purchases including beer samples, full beers, food, and merchandise will be made using your RFID wristband. Either in advance, or upon checking in at the front gate, guests will have the option of adding a credit or debit card on their wristband to make purchases – similar to opening a tab at a bar – only you don’t need to sign-out or tip anyone who you leave. Your card is automatically charged for all purchases. To open your account and register your credit or debit card, click here.

Look for the VIP Parking or General Admission Parking signs when you arrive at the festival. VIP and vendor parking is located on the Rockin’ R grounds behind the festival. General admission parking is located directly across and just down the street along Gruene Road. Golf cart shuttles will be roaming to and from the outlying G.A. parking lots throughout the festival. Handicap parking is available in the VIP Parking lot. Please have your ticket(s) ready so our parking volunteers can confirm which lot you are to use. The Hill Country Craft Beer Festival is not responsible for items left in parked cars. Do not leave pets in vehicles.
This event is held rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable due to weather.
What about Coronavirus?
The Rotary Club of New Braunfels asks all attendees to take responsibility for doing all they can to protect the health of themselves, their family and friends, and other festival attendees.
If any attendee feels sick (regardless of the reason), has a fever, cough, sore throat, or any other symptom, the Rotary Club of New Braunfels asks that person to not attend the festival.
The festival grounds will feature hand sanitizing stations throughout the grounds, and hand washing stations will be available near the restrooms.
HCCBF leadership is continually monitoring local, state, and national sources of information and recommendations regarding COVID-19.
Organizers meet regularly to evaluate the area’s situation and if necessary will make a prudent decision that takes into account a commitment to the safety of organizers, volunteers, vendors, breweries, and attendees. Should the festival be cancelled or postponed, all ticket purchasers will have the option to either request a refund for the ticket(s) purchased, OR choose to donate the proceeds from their ticket(s) to the festival beneficiary.
