Brewed with over 20 pounds of Simcoe, Ekuanot, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops. This combination of hops (along with a little nurturing) makes for a tropical fruit forward beer.

In this beer the yeast is the star of the show. A solid malt backbone comes through from a fairly simple grain bill. Once the Abbey Ale yeast has done its work, you’re left with a complex fruit forward flavored beer with a bit of a spice to it!
