Sour – Gose
Our version of a pickle beer includes the addition of natural cucumber puree, dill seed, coriander, black peppercorn, and salt. The addition of Pickle Juice boosts its classic flavor while maintaining the refreshing profile of a sessionable beer to enjoy with friends!
Brewed with 20% toasted rice, this 4% Pilsner has a dry mouthfeel with a sweet finish. Lightly hopped with Sorachi Ace and Saphir to add subtle fruity notes.
Designed to enlighten, enliven, and enrich your palate, as well as your soul. Water from the Edward’s Aquifer provides the canvas; a combination of pils, pale and rationed use of caramel malts paints Soul Doubt’s pale color and light mouth-feel. Minimal early hop additions lend a clean, subversive bitterness while our massive late additions of Amarillo and Cascade hops provide a bounty of citrus, orchard fruit, lost pine and wildflower flavor and aroma in the finish.

Brewed with German Pilsner and Munich malts, a combination of American and German hops and Edwards Aquifer water then lagered for at least a month–long enough to remember how much we owe to the innovators in our industry.
