Bat Outta Helles
Bavarian Style Helles Lager. Brewed with German Pilsner and Munich malts, a combination of American and German hops and Edwards Aquifer water then lagered for at least a month.
Belgian Style Wit Bier. Meaning “white” in Flemish, the Wit biers of Belgium get their name from the opaque chill haze cause by starch from the raw wheat used in the mash. This version includes malted rye, adding a subtle, spicy complexity. The traditional addition of coriander and orange peels adds another layer of flavor, catalyzed by an aggressively fruity top-fermenting yeast.
American IPA. Minimal early hop additions lend a clean, subversive bitterness while massive late additions of Amarillo and Cascade hops provide a bounty of citrus, orchard fruit, lost pine and wildflower flavor and aroma in the finish.
Golden/Blonde Ale. A light-bodied thirst-quencher with subtle notes of bready malts delicately balanced with floral hop aromas.
